About Ordering form us:
＊ We reserve the right to change the price Because the orchids are continuing grow, if we think the original price is not reasonable anymore we reserve the right to change the price.
＊ We only can offer the plants (without flower) for the per-order. If you order a flowering plant on our facebook fan page, we cannot guarantee the flower will still there when you receive it.
How to Pay:
＊Payment can be done by PayPal (4.5% service fee) , bank transfer and also credit card (3% service fee)
About the mailing and shipping:
＊ If you are not living in Taiwan, we can mail the plants to you by EMS (International Express Mail Service). The shipping fee can be estimate after we know how many orchids you want to order. The shipping fee and document fee (for export orchids) will be borne by the consumers.
＊Besides receive the plants by International mailing, we may also can bring the plants to the your country. We can bring the plants to USA, Europe, Canada, and Singapore when we participating local orchid exhibition. You can come to the show to collect your plants. If we have extra time , we may also can mail the plants to you by domestic mail. The shipping fee can be estimate after we know how many orchid you want to order. The shipping fee will be borne by the consumers.
＊ Most countries need import permit to import orchids, if you have this problem please ask us directly.
About Our Price list:
＊ Click the link in the “flower picture (or parents pictures) “ column, you will see the picture of the flowers in Facebook. If you don’t have Facebook account you may fail to see the pictures. In that case, you can contact us directly to ask for the pictures. We can send the pictures to you by email.
＊ In the “Mark” column, you can identify this breed is made by tissue culture (will be as same as the pictures (stem prop prop)), or it come from seed and has possibility will be different (hybrid prop and sibling) with picture.
＊ For the stem prop prop, the picture is showing the exactly flower of that plants. For the hybrid prop and sibling prop, the pictures is showing the flowers of parents plants and also the flowers which coming from the same seeds.
For Singapore
About ordering and sending orchids to Singapore, the process is:
- We send you our price list, you choose the item you want to order
- Once you decided your order, we will estimate your shipping fee and tell you
- If you agree with the shipping fee and also the document fee (2000 TWD, about 95 SGD per shipping), then we can move to payment.
About the shipping fee, it will change depending on how many plants in the order. For example an order with six 2,5″ pot plants, the shipping fee will be about 35 SGD. - About payment we use an online credit card, we will send you a payment link, you can fill in your credit card information and process payment.
- Once the payment success, we will send out your order on Monday.
- When the box arrives in Singapore, the NPARKS will contact you. They will ask you to go following address to collect your orchids: 6 Perahu Road, Animal & Plant Health Centre, Singapore 718827
